Colucci Marble & Granite Restoration, Inc. was formed in 1996 by Carl J. Hilbert. He believed that marble, granite and terrazzo floors found in many of the older homes and businesses in the Pittsburgh area could be saved and returned to their former glory. Learning as much as he could about the methods of restoration, he set out to restore these floors instead of replacing them, saving homeowners and businesses the cost of replacing them.
